Underlying all the work we do; are quality finishes, a mix of existing and new pieces, lots of layers and creative twists that bring character and individuality into our clients’ home. Anthis design provides full-service solutions for any design project. We have honed our process and service over years of experience to ensure we provide an efficient but in depth design service that is split into the following stages.

Your Brief

During this stage, we take the time to learn about how the client wishes to use their space, their personal aesthetic, lifestyle, and aspirations. We then build a picture of the project through site-visits, floor plans, and photographs. This phase also helps us understand all the necessary factors: timescale, budget, and any structural or administrative requirements to move on to the design phase

The Design Phase

Through this phase, we will come up with our ‘concept designs’; consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required, along with mood boards that showcase the suggested furniture and accessories for your home. We work closely with you through this phase, making sure you are kept in the loop through the entire decision-making process of crafting your perfect home.

Implementation

After the Design is finalized, the execution begins. We oversee the entire process: from working with trades, ensuring the design plans are implemented with quality and intention, and budgets are managed.

The Last Layer

When we are done with the loud and messy structural changes and installations, we bring the space alive with artwork, furniture, rugs, lighting, and accessories; making sure the very last throw pillow is in place.
